Winter Break

Winter break is coming soon!

Last week I made a short video of our BINGO game when a student was the "teacher."

Teacher Jackie helped you make holiday cards for people living in Long-Term Care Homes who don't have any gifts at Christmas. They are beautiful.

We are reading about what people in Canada do for the holidays. We voted on what we want to do. Almost everybody wants to decorate the door and eat together. Two people do not want to learn a song. We hope Jiansheng will sing for us. She is a professional singer and voice teacher!

Happy Halloween

This week we learned to follow directions in a mall.

Most of you said you do NOT like Halloween. Some students think it is evil and wrong. Other students do not like seeing zombie costumes after surviving war back home.

Some teachers dressed up.

We read a story about Sam and his Superman costume on Thursday.

Have a good weekend!
